In this 17th century comedy by one of the few women playwrights of Spain’s Golden Age, a female protagonist takes hilarious revenge on Don Juan, stripping away his honor and glory and turning the Spanish “macho” upside down. GALA's producing artistic director Hugo Medrano gives another twist to this universally recognized story, setting it in more modern times.
